This is a fantastic site. I have played Tai Chi (basically Chen style for over 23 years). This is my first time discovering the Yi jJin Jing style of qigong. It is so helpful. It is interesting that fascia (connective tissue) has become so “popular” now in the world of fitness, Pilates, etc. Do you have suggestions for other videos and/or dvds of authentic Yi Jin Jing.
Thank you so much!

Dear Graham, I loved your article on Kung Fu Tea the other day! https://chinesemartialstudies.com/2020/05/14/bjj-in-the-age-of-zoom/#more-10113
Is it ok to quote a piece of it in my own blog article, of course with proper attribution and links back to your own website, and also to the original article? It’s the bit where you talk about Zoom as the “methadone to BJJ’s heroin”!
I can send you a preview of my own article if that is helpful . . . ? Best wishes Kai Morgan (www.budo-inochi.com)
